Our glass partitioning packages are manufactured bespoke to your exact requirements. Each system uses 10mm toughened safety glass and is supplied with a complete aluminium framing system, all fixings, and professional installation by our experienced team.

Whether you're creating meeting rooms, private offices, or open-plan dividers, our glass partitions deliver a premium finish with excellent acoustic performance. All glass is compliant with BS 6206 and EN 12150 safety standards.

Once the installation is done then we hope you will be happy to send us your photos of the completed project and give us some feedback on the finished look.

Returns

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your products from Glass Partitioning UK. As all our projects are custom made products to your exact specifications, once installed we do not offer a refund. Non-faulty bespoke items are not returnable under any circumstances.

Faulty Items

All our work is under a manufacturer warranty for 12 months, assuming any issues are down to parts or labour, rather than misuse or wilful damage.

We are thorough in the installation of our projects and want to ensure that what you receive is what you've been quoted for and that all is in working order. On the few occasions any snagging is required, it will be taken care of and solved by ourselves.

Cancellation

If the partition has not been fitted and glass and other parts have not been ordered, we can offer a refund less the amount of time spent and costs incurred to visit the site.

If the glass has been ordered we can offer a refund less the cost of the glass ordered and the amount of time spent on visiting your premises and preparing the tender.

Replacement

No replacement offered. We can replace the products at customer expense.

Terms & Conditions

1. Pricing

All prices displayed are estimates excluding VAT and are based on a single-glazed, toughened safety glass system. Final pricing will be confirmed following a professional site survey. Prices are subject to change and minimum order values may apply in certain regions including Scotland, Cornwall, and Wales.

2. Orders & Payment

An order is only confirmed once a site survey has been completed and a formal quotation has been accepted by the customer. A deposit of 50% is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon completion of installation.

3. Site Survey

A professional site survey is required before any order can be processed. This ensures accurate measurements and identifies any site-specific requirements.

4. Installation

Installation is carried out by GPUK's trained engineers. The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the installation area. Any additional works required due to site conditions not identified during the survey may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

GPUK's liability is limited to the value of the goods and services provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. All glass supplied meets the relevant British and European safety standards.

6. Data Protection

Personal information collected during the enquiry and ordering process is used solely for the purposes of fulfilling your order and providing customer service. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary to complete your order.
