After Sales Service
Once the installation is done then we hope you will be happy to send us your photos of the completed project and give us some feedback on the finished look.
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your products from Glass Partitioning UK. As all our projects are ‘custom made products to your exact specifications once installed we do not offer a refund. Non-faulty bespoke items are not returnable under any circumstances.
All our work is under a manufacturer warranty for 12 months, assuming any issues are down to parts or labour, rather than misuse or wilful damage.
We are thorough in the installation of our projects and want to ensure that what you receive is what you’ve been quoted for and that all is in working order, on a few occasions any snagging is required it will be taken care of and solved by ourselves.
If the partition has not been fitted and glass and other parts have not been ordered, we can offer a refund less amount of time spent and costs incurred to visit the site.
If the glass has been ordered we can offer a refund less the cost of the glass ordered and the amount of time spent on visiting your premises and preparing the tender.
No Replacement offered. We can replace the products at customer expense.
