The Challenge
We were invited to a corporate office in London to help make better use of an underutilised and oddly shaped corner of the workplace. The area presented some unique architectural challenges, including a protruding wall and an overhead panel, however, as experts within our trade, we’re often faced with glass partitioning installation challenges and therefore have a few tricks up our sleeves.
Our client wanted to create a small but private meeting space without disrupting the overall open-plan design of the office. It was important that the final solution felt modern, clean and integrated into the existing style – not boxed-in or intrusive.
The Solution
After a detailed site survey and consultation, we proposed an ideal solution that balanced style, practicality and budget.
We used 10mm toughened safety glass to create a single glazed glass partition, complete with a frameless glass door. This type of partition is one of our most popular systems (and for good reason!). In short, it delivers excellent quality at a cost-effective price point. The frameless glass door helps to maintain visual flow, making the partition feel like a natural extension of the space, rather than a separate enclosure.

The finished installation is a prime example of how a single glazed glass partition can maximise even the most awkward office spaces. The new meeting room feels open, purposeful and aligned with the office’s modern interior scheme – all while providing the level of privacy needed for focused discussions.
